Which is best to study Masters in Engineering or MBA in GERMANY ?

I want to study Masters in Germany. my background is B.tech. should i go for Masters in Engineering(MS) or Masters In Business Administration(MBA). is MBA is popular in Germany? My inclination towards MBA is more.
