Hi, Both are popular universities. 1. SMU offers distance MCA which has been designed for students who wish to gain deep knowledge and analytical skills in the computer systems. The course is both UGC recognised and DEC approved. 2. PTU offers MCA through distance mode under Directorate of Dis
