Chandigarh University is better for BE-Biotechnology engineering than Amity University. -
Chandigarh University is better due to following reasons:
1. Industry Oriented Curriculum Comparable with World's Top Universities
2. Flexible Choice Based Credit System
2. Best placements records.
3. Project based study. -
If it is in terms of academic, course curriculum, placement drives, infrastructure and various projects, moreover international exposure, Chandigarh University sets a record which can't be over taken by any university like Amity or Chitkara. CU is the best. -
In terms of campus- They have best in class of knowledge resource available at Chandigarh University Campus. CU provides every possible expertise or individual opportunities for every student to get placed and have the best skillset. In terms of placement- the placements are good. -
I would say its Chandigarh University which is best among LPU and Chitkara. The essential thing in B.Sc. Biotechonoloy is practical approach. CU labs are so well-equipped that each student gets chance of doing practical individually. I am doing B.Sc. Biotechonology in CU and getting chance of doing each practical by my hands. The teachers and lab attendants provide best guidance to the students. The research labs have some advances facilities. The research has very wide scope in Chandigarh university. The best option is CU. Chandigarh University is known to be best for B.Sc. In Biotechnology. Because it is NAAC A+ accredited university, which provides you globally recognised degree. Biotechnology is branch of Science in which theoretical as well as practical approach is required. -

I would say look other options apart from these. You can definitely look up to LPU for any of this course. Fees is a big concern at Amity, where as LPU Scholarship is at great help. CU is just in the education industry, so can't say about CU. My brother is pursuing B.Tech Biotechnology from Lovely Professional University. He always use to share his details about course and university and I am pretty much impressed the way LPU is taking up classes and providing up complete hands on experience.
