Which is best UPES or any government funded college for B.Tech?

Government colleges have more reputation than private colleges. But if you are looking for good placement, then some government colleges don't provide good placements (not all of them).
And there is also mass recruitment in all colleges. So you have to be unique if you want a good package. UPES provides good placements. But mass recruitment is also present in UPES.
VM provided more than 15 LPA. Microsoft gave an offer of 11 LPA. -

First of all, I think both the colleges are good in their places.
UPES is really good in terms of infrastructure, facilities, and in many more things but another factor is, it is really expensive.
On the other hand, government-funded colleges are also good in their places but they are less expensive.
From the placement point of view, this year, placement of UPES is also good. The highest placement from UPES is from Computer Science branch with specialisation Cloud Security and Forensics.
On an average, the highest placements from government colleges are from Computer Science branch. -
