Both of the College/University are well known reputed. As per your interest level you may select anyone. I will say, you to go for IIT for its tag. IISC, IITS, NITS, BITS can be preferred over any streams of other universities. -
According to me Agricultural engineering from IIT kharagpur is better option than computer Science engineering at CTAE Udaipur because IIT kharagpur has well knowledge staff with well-equipped labs and they also provide good amount of placements to you students. Good luck.
