Hi,
Always remember, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goals.
After completing B.E. / B.Tech, you have two options :
1) Other than M.Sc, you may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical side of the branch.

I say MBA if you like to alter from your field and Msc if you want to stay in you field and grow over it. Its basically your interest.
Then about distance or regular, i prefer regular if you are a fresher. Distance education are for those who have enough work experiance in their hand.

Dear Vikram,
MSc IT/CS is not good for BE in any ways.
MBA or M.Tech is Best option for you.
You can Pursue M.Tech through part Time too.
and MBA through Part Time and Distance Learning mode too.
full Time is always better but if there is some limitation you can go for Distance Learning
