It seems u want to pursue a career in computers. The best course to take after 12th is BE or BTech in computers. BCS and BCA r almost the same. BCA consists of computer applications, accounts and basic mathematics. BCS dont go deep into accounts and maths and has deep study on computer system.

yes, if you had science in 10+2, bcs is definitely better.
