which is better after b.tech, mba or m.tech?

Decide accordingly to your goal,as both course is good and each course do have their own importance. If wanna get into Research

All have importance in their own individual way. It depends upon the kind of career you want to have. In general higher qualifications such as MBA or M.Tech after B.Tech is always preferable but then it does not give you a surety that you will have a better career then those having just B.tech. One

In which field u have intrested in technology or management think about that and if u r intrested in technology then take mtech as option .. do mtech in best engineering college results getting placement other wise u have to search out side

M.Tech + PhD. is a best option, all the best.
