There are various pros and cons of both the colleges. 1st thing one must consider should be the distance of college city from their home town. Regarding AIIMS Jodhpur, high number of patient load, academics, sports, cultural, infrastructure all are good. College is located near the heart of city while In AIIMS Rishikesh campus is somewhat farther from city. But AIIMS Rishikesh is ahead in terms of PG seats and they have given internal preference to their UG students on PG seats while other AIIMS are due to come up with similar policies.
