First of all talking about the NIRF ranking then AIIMS, Patna is listed 27 by NIRF 2023 and AIIMS, Raipur is listed 39 by NIRF 2023.
The median package offered to MBBS students by AIIMS, Patna was 14.4 LPA whereas the median package offered to MBBS students by AIIMS, Raipur was INR 12 LPA.
The hostel and other facilities at AIIMS, Patna seems to be more than the facilities offered by AIIMS, Raipur

Regarding facilities AIIMS Patna is good. You will get a single room here. The professors are so good as well as friendly. Also the important thing is that patient load is more in AIIMS Patna compared to any other new AIIMS. And about food is good.
