    Both the institutes are better in their own terms but being an alumni I would say that LPU is the best. Let me share some of my insights:
    1) Impact rankings 2021: LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021 rankings, only three Indian universities have made to the list of Top 200 in the World.     Both the university has their global presence and is sincerely contributing in the academic development of the students. While analysing the curriculum and pedagogy, there was somethings which I personally liked about the LPU are :-
    1. LPU provides an environment where students are enlightened through the extensive array of learning methodologies.

    Of course, without any thought LPU because recently I read an article in the newspaper that LPU has outshined various university like IIT (Indore, Rourkela, Guwahati, Gandhinagar), NIT (Silchar, Tiruchirappalli), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Manipal Academy of Higher Education, SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) and VIT University. LPU has achieved a milestone by becoming one of the three Indian universities to have secured a place in the Top 200 in the World in Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021.

    Both Amity Noida vs LPU are good on their own grounds but I must say that the Lovely Professional University has been known for its consistent growth in Academics for the last 20 years. It has been able to prove its mark on almost all the grounds as it offers lucrative career growth, placements, well-equipped technologies, space, and a widespread alumni network. Lovely Professional University is a great and fully diversified university that provides a better opportunity for the students to express or enhance their skills in any domain.     I'm not aware of the global rankings of Amity Noida but I know about LPU's rankings and I'll tell you about those and then you decide which one is better. Lovely Professional University is the largest single-campus university in India and is one of the top-rated universities of Punjab. LPU is a private university in Phagwara, Punjab that is affiliated with NCTE, COA, PCI, IAP, BCI, UGC. So, the rankings are like that for LPU:
    1. Ranked among Top 10 Engineering Institutes in India by India Today.
    2. Ranked as 5th In Top 20 Engineering Colleges in India with Excellent Industry Exposure by Higher Education in 2016.

A candidate seeking admission in LPU Admission Office is required to take an entrance exam called LPUNEST (PhD) which is not applicable for candidates who have valid exemption criteria such as UGC NET/JRF, CSIR NET/JRF, GATE, GPAT, or M.Phil. (regular mode). These candidates are directly appearing for the interview. Admission selection is based on 70% entrance test and 30% performance in the interview. Candidates will be required to apply online through the LPU ADMIT portal along with document verification and payment of fees at the time of selection.

Minimum eligibility for pursuing an MBA from LPU has a Bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate marks. However, graduates from the CS, CA, or CMA qualifications are also eligible to apply. Students are selected through an entrance test such as LPUNEST, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, followed by group discussion and personal interview rounds.

Allotment of seats in LPU NEST-wise counseling will depend on the merit rank of candidates, their eligibility, and the online filling of course and specialisation preferences. The procedure consists of download rank card, filling of preferences for seats, and finally, seat allotment. Seat allotment is done as per the availability and preferences. Candidates will have to confirm the allotted seat after payment of a nominal fee and submission of required documents. The earlier a student is in applying, the better his chances of ending with a favourable seat and scholarship.
