Which is better among 11th and 12th from science stream and polytechnic?

If you are looking for job in short period then Diploma in Engineering after 10th is better option then Science. But if your long term goal is engineering degree then PCM at 11 and 12 th is a better option.

It is sufficient degree if you do from a prestigious engineering institute.

Dear friend, As per my opinion and knowledge, you must pursue Polytechnic. It has a lot of scope and after completing this course, you can also go for B.Tech. And you can easily get a good job.
