I think Manipal university is better for you.I'm also student of Manipal university so that I can tell it's best for you.There many facilities you like them. If you now work anywhere so I suggest you better manipal university.You can study anywhere and you can change all time exam location etc.More facilities available for every student.It's very effective those students are doing some job.
