    B.Tech is for engineering. So, if you want to be an Agricultural Engineer than opt for B.Tech. Whereas, if you want to study deeper about the subject, than opt for B.Sc.

B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering provides higher career growth and high paying jobs in government and private based companies.     So, you can check as per your interest, B.Sc Agriculture and B.Tech agriculture both are somehow the same.
