Check the sites of both campuses.I would suggest you go for admission in a stream of your choice and not waste a year because you cannot be sure what will be the result. If you work hard and get a good score in a course you do, then companies will definitely pick you for the best job profile. So check some good univs like BIT, LPU, RV etc and try for admission as you are also liable for a big scholarship based on your XIIth score

I will also suggest to to get enrolled in selected college. Dropping a year is a big deal. Because no one can be sure that what will be the result of next year. Might you will be qualified or might be not. So don't waste your time. You can look for other engineering colleges like SKIET, BMS, DIT, ACE etc. They all are best engineering colleges in India. You can also choose one of them.
The user recommends following institutes
SKIET - Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology -
U can get the desired information from the official sites of the institutes and see the placement graph for the last years. U should not drop. As ur score in 12th standard exam is very good can try to get admission in some of the good colleges providing quality education and better placement services. Some of the institutes providing better placements are:-
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore
Lovely Professional University
