Which is better among B.Tech from Du and B.Tech from IPU?

IP University is good, if you get into the main campus of GGSIPU, rest all are of same level. Main difference is that all of them are private. Whereas, DU colleges are all centrally owned. You can find good infrastructure of almost all DU colleges, rather better than IP being government.

DU is probably best for it. If you want to go for B.Tech. Then go for IPU, may be IPU is not of IIT standards but at least you will be doing what you want ! Then go for it, DU is probably best for it.
