Both BBA and graduation degree in mass communication are equally good for career and have lots of job opportunities. You may chose any of the options based on your interest and personal preferences to excel in your chosen career.

Both has its own advantages and disadvantages, but it depends on you, what you want to do. BBA is more of management, whereas mass communication is about media. If you are extrovert in nature, public speaking and expressing your own view easily and you enjoy this, then you can go for mass communication.
If want to do BBA, which is all about management, then you can for it.

If you are the creative, mass communication is certainly better.
