Doing BBA from PSIT will be beneficial, if you are focused as it has a good curriculum and will prepare you for the future and you will enough time for even CAT examination.

Both the institutes are equally good for the course, but if you compare the BBA course, yes, PSIT has an upper hand, as the specialisation options are many. Still, if you have to do BBA in Marketing or Finance, DBS would be a better option. Refer to the two links below for more clarity: BBA in PSIT:

Doon Business School is a good option indeed. Here the faculty members are well trained and they will guide you through out the course. Every year more than hundred number of companies use to come and hire the students.

I will suggest you move to Dehradun at DBS. You will get more exposure and opportunities here as compared to Kanpur.
