BCA is a three degree course in Computer Applications which prepare you for Junior programmers role. You will get job in only Medium or Smaller enterprise only. This degree is not equivalent to BTech CS. MCA is treated somewhat equal to BTech CS. Therefore, if you have a choice then you should opt
