Which is better among BE and B.Sc if I am looking forward to prepare for UPSC and PSE?

If you are fully passionate and dedicated about clearing the UPSC exam, then go for B.Sc, because it is completed in a shorter period as compare to B.Tech which is harder consume more time and difficult for you to balance the studies of UPSC and B.Tech.
