There is no degree in culinary arts. It is a specialization field of the hotel industry so you can pursue specialization course in culinary arts whereas you can purse a degree hotel management. The Hotel School, Delhi offers both the courses to you. The courses are government approved. The duration of the course depends on the type of the course. Hi, Both the degrees have good scope and the choice entirely depends on your interest and what are your strengths Culinary arts and hotel or hospitality management deal with some or all the operations behind hotels, restaurants and similar organizations. But there are significant differences in what each degree offers.

Usually in an Institute of Culinary arts, the focus is on kitchen training and managing provisions. In hotel management, the emphasis is on administration and the aim is to offer overall satisfaction to guests in a resort or hotel. All the best!

Frontend and backed operations there are so many other options. But if you are negating the non veg cooking then keeping in mind the kitchen, there are many chefs hence you may opt for the bakery & confectionery, salads or even garnish sections as these do not involve non veg.
