Which is better among DIMR-Pune and IIBS-Bangalore?

You should opt for IIBS-Bangalore. The placements of this college are quite good as compared to the other colleges in this region and also, for MBA this college has many good tie-ups with many big companies and the alumni of this college are well placed in good companies like Snapdeal, Paytm, etc. h

As per my opinion and knowledge you must go for IIBS, Bangalore instead of DIMR as IIBS has a good placement cell and has all the best facilities along with a great environment for studies and all other activities.
