Which is better among ECE at MSRIT and CSE at LNMIIT? Is branch change possible at MSRIT?

Also will I get a seat at rv, bms or msrit if I don't attend first round and directly go for 2nd round of counseling, (Basically I'm interested in cse)

CSE at LNMIIT is very nice branch a according to their academic curriculum and placement record and above all these things, interest should be your first priority. So, I think if you are getting CSE anywhere, you should take it and scope of CSE is very good in India if you have relevant skills.
