Which is better among ECE in NIT Nagpur and EEE in NIT Rourkela?

It's EE in NIT Rourkela not EEE, and it's definitely more advantageous because it has the top tier college factor with it. You can make career in Qualcomm and other semiconductor companies in EE branch of NIT Rourkela too. Many students get placement in it.

Both of these NIT's are well reputed for academics as well as for placements. From another angle, comparing two branches of engineering is okay but comparing different branches in different colleges is very tough and one should not do it. What I can say with certainty is that you can achieve success in life by doing any one of these courses. Best wishes to you.
