Which is better among EEE in BMSCE and EC in BIT? I live in Bangalore and I just completed my 12th.

I will suggest you to just focus on the branch you like and take it.The colleges are the best colleges in Karnataka, so you don't have to worry about the career or placements whether it is ec or eee.
