I would advice you must first try to assure your seat in JAI HIND than think else -
I will recommend Electronics over CS if you are planning to do specialisation in Aerospace Engineering. Electronics will help you to do super specialisation in avionics. You will along be required to become proficient in programming to succeed in the field.
