Which is better among full time MBA or correspondence MBA? Should I take some experience first and then pursue fulltime MBA?
I am a 3rd year hotel management student and I am interested in pursuing an MBA in retail management while working. Will it be helpful for my career?

It is always better to work for some time before you pursue MBA so that you have a clue of what is better for you.
