In my personal opinion, Chandigarh University is better than LPU. LPU just leads in the campus area aspect. These are a few highlights of CU: 1. The programme is not limited to classroom learning. Pursuing B.Tech in CSE from Chandigarh university will be the best decision for which you will never regret upon. Computer Science Engineering is the core of Chandigarh university being an expert of that field they can provide you with best exposure.
