Delhi textile, go for better college if non circuital branches are the only option.

IIT DELHI textile for obvious reasons, if you are getting non circuital branches then prefer top iits, IIT Delhi is far better option also in terms of startup culture, entrepreneurs, preparation of competitive exams like UPSC CAT etc. IIT DELHI TEXTILE &get; IIT BHU METALLURGY.
