    IIT Delhi is ranked second, and IIT Bombay is rated third in the most recent NIRF ranking 2023, which was announced.India's top M.Tech university is IIT Madras.     According to the latest released NIRF rating 2023, IIT Bombay is rated third, with IIT Delhi coming in second.IIT Madras is the best M.Tech college in India. It is ranked at 1 followed by IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay at 2nd and 3rd among the top Engineering colleges in India. IIT Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia University, and Delhi Technological University are the best colleges in Delhi for MTech.
