Hello, Lnct College Bhopal is the best private college in Central India. So, LNCT is the best.

LNCT because.
1) LNCT is located in capital of state where I can get easily best coaching classes for GATE IES IAS preparations and Programming but Haldia is far from Kolkata. It is not possible to go there daily for coaching.
