Dear Maninder, Both LPU (Lovely Professional University) and PU (Panjab University) are good private and public universities in India respectively. I am not much aware of PU but being an alumnus of LPU, I will share the details of LPU with you. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. LPU also helps students in the Education loan facility. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. Hello Maninder Singh, LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. CU can just provide you degree as I have experienced there also but LPU will give you right path in all perspectives. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU and this year for batch graduating in 2020, already more than 500 placement/internship drives have been conducted till January 2020 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs) and generating more than 3000 offers just in the first half of the academic session. I want to say that LPU is doing phenomenal work for the upliftment of the students and that could be justified through following: Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, they have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.
