    You should opt for MBA as it has a better scope as compared to M.Sc in physics.

    Both the fields are good. M.Sc in physics shall open up opportunities for you to further develop your expertise and will take you on the path of M.Phil and Ph.D. Ph.D in physics can fetch you a rewarding career into teaching or even you can get a job in ISRO or any such highly decorative organisations.
    However, MBA with any specialisation of your choice shall give you the exposure to develop your management skills. It is also a very good PG degree that develops and manifests the potential of a candidate.
