Which is better among MBA and PGDM?
Which one will be more valuable in the field of HR and Hospitality fields to achieve higher goals and promotions?

Both MBA and PGDM are same degrees. MBA degree is awarded by University and PGDM by Institutes which are not affiliated to any university. Please do not go by name of degree. You may evaluate Institute before taking admission for a good career.
