Which is better among MBA without any work experience or with work experience?

MBA would add more value and would prove to be more helpful for those, who have previously worked somewhere. A person with a relevant work experience, knows things like industry structure, code of conduct, accepted norms, current trends, etc., which a fresher lacks.
