RVCE and PESIT were considered to be the top colleges under VTU before PES became university. PESIT was always the second choice after RVCE. Hi Akash, I don't know much about PESIT but I'm happy with the opportunities and learnings provided by my college. But I've heard that PESIT is better than RVCE from many students. But I haven't compare them till now.
