Dear Satvik, I am not aware of Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology but I am well-known about LPU and the programmes offered by LPU. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the program. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries that help students to explore themselves more in their field such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrad, etc. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc. Apart from this, many opportunities and scholarships are there in LPU while studying for bright students in academics and extracurricular activities. Both the Universities are good. What actually crafts the image of an university or a college are the following three things which elaborates the quality of education and training of that institution. 1. University / Institution Ranking 2. Placement opportunity 3. Curriculum and exposure. When it comes to assess LPU, it creates its own Mark of Excellence in the world of Academia. The Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India has released NIRF Ranking 2020 and LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. Universitys Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. Well to my knowledge, both of these Universities are going head to head but I must say LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements.
