Which is better among techno main salt lake (ECE) or haldia (it)?

Techno Main Salt Lake is a good engineering college in West Bengal but Haldia Institute is slight better. When pursuing engineering from college of same brand value what make the difference is extra skills you acquire during the course. I will prefer Haldia but you can make decision on basis of fees
