1) Please don't be confused. Selecting an institute is a tough work as every college / institute has it's own plus and minus. Before joining, you need to check certain parameters :
- Recognition (UGC/AICTE)
- Success Rate
- How old the institute is
- Course details
- Faculty
- Infrastructure
- Alumni/Student Feedback
- Fees
2) As for the ranks, I would say that it keeps on changing every year and differs from one college/university to another. You need to contact the institute officials directly for specific details.
