Which is better and more demanded MBA or PGDM...??

If both are done from Top Institutes then which of them is more demanded..?? Which one does the recruiters seek for ...? And which one is paid more MBA or PGDM if both are from 'A' grade institutes..??

PGDM is s post graduate diploma program, MBA is Master degree i.e masters of business Adminstration. you wont be able to join PHD on the basis of PGDM but you can join Phd on basis on MBA....
