    Hi,
The syllabus of both the streams are same in 1st semester and 2nd semester onwards the subjects start to differ slowly. Both streams are good. International Transportation and Logistics is more focused on logistics and supply chain while Port and Shipping Management is focusing more on port and ship management. So, it's your choice, you can choose based on your field of interest.Coming to your 2nd question, as of my knowledge the jobs are offshore jobs only. Mostly you will be working in office not in ships. But if you are working in port operations, you may get a chance to board the ship for your work requirements.

I would suggest you go for the MBA in logistics. Due to the rising e-commerce industry and there logistic demands. You have more opportunities in logistics management.
