Which is better B.A. Programme ( economics and maths ) or B.A. Programme ( computer applications and economics ). .

Both are good but it is more beneficial to choose subject combination according to future goal. With B.A. ( Eco +Maths) you have more opportunities. But I suggest you to be more clear with future goal so that you can make better choice.
