B.Arch is any day a better course. An architect can also be an interior designer, but an interior designer can never be an architect. An architecture student passing out from any college has following opportunities. Entrepreneurs

B.Arch is a practical course and so is interior architecture. Studies are also the same up to 4th year but then it changes in 2015. In B.Arch you get a license of being an architect but in interior you are not licensed. These are the differences. If it would have been my choice to choose between any of these I would prefer B.Arch rather than interior architecture and design.
