Which is better: B.Com with ACCA or B.Com honors with ACCA? Is it tough to achieve both at the same time?

Definitely, ACCA will add value for better career as compared to B.Com.
Scope of ACCA:
ACCA( Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is one of the oldest body. As far as ACCAs recognition is concern they have MoUs and recognition across the globe.
ACCA provides service like other professional certified accountant like CA(India), CPA(Aus), CPA(US) and the like. Also, ACCA offers wide range of other MBA and diploma in various field. They have examination centers worldwide.

B.Com honours with ACCA is a better course. The subject matter of the degree is more along the same lines as the ACCA portions.
