Hello Aarti, It depends upon whether you want to pursue engineering or science. The syllabus of B.Sc is a bit simpler than B.Tech and it takes only 3 years to complete B.Sc (B.Tech takes 4 years). And see to it that you do B.Tech/B.Sc and MBA only from a reputed college.

Just don't waste your time with B.Tech, If MBA is your ultimate aim. People say B.Tech+MBA is more valuable and that is total nonsense.
