Both are equally good. Btech is a technical field whereas BSc is non technical. It depends on your interest. But for career prospects Btech is better.

Bitech has Better placement and wide opportunity in terms of fields. Secondly, an Mba degree with B.Tech is a deadly combination and can work wonders.

For a professional course btech is good where as by doing bsc or any other degrees you will hold a degree certification for any competitive exams or recruitment.
    Good Luck.

If You wish to get a Job after graduation there are more odds that B.tech would land you in one. So go for B.tech . Take caution on college selection need not tell you gov colleges. There are few very good private universities offering admission with scholarships based on 12th score and entrance exams. try in them. few are SRM, Lovely professional University, KIIT, etc. Best of luck
