Best jobs are for BTECHs , but if you do well you can go for BTech-Bio Tech also , botyh are good. Try to do it from a college giving you good academic platform, exposure and faculty and log in to some good colleges like PES, LPU, RV etc

bio tech is different from B. Tech
Bsc:- u can do in many stream such as physics, maths, chemistry, IT
B. Pharma is medical field
Which is better can not be compare as all different field
