Which is better- BAMS or BHMS? I've completed my 12th with 96% in Karnataka.

BHMS has a better scope. After the completion of BHMS, you can apply for :
M.D. is Masters Degree Level.
Ph.D is Doctoral Degree Level.
It will be the best to finish both.
However, you should watch ICMR Website for announcement of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)- Rs. 16000/- per month, & Senior Res

Depends on your interest, but as far as I have experienced BAMS has more scope. A BAMS graduate can start it's own clinic. You have to struggle more for better career after opting BHMS than BAMS.
