Which is better between BE in bioinformatics and B.Tech in bioinformatics?

There is no difference between BE and B.Tech, some colleges offer BE and some offers B.Tech. There is the difference of only names BE and B.Tech. (course is same).

Hello Shambhavi, The degree of BE or B.Tech is identical. There is absolutely nothing that differentiates the two. Due to some historical reasons some institutions award B.Tech while others award BE. So don't worry. Can take admission to any of the courses.
