    I am not aware of other colleges and about their training pedagogies but as an ex- student of Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) therefore I can share my personal experience regarding the college.     According to my opinion both the colleges are good but being an Alumni, I would suggest that PIBM is the best B-school In India which provide quality education to the students and helps them shape their career in a better way. It is NAAC accredited, ranked amongst the top 100 B-Schools in India by NIRF, 21st in top Private B-School in India & 13th in western India by Times B-School, and many more.     I think it's worth investment in RIIM Pune One of the finest B-schools for Management in Maharashtra. They strive for placement of each student, there me building confidence and improved my personality as well. They have different certifications in their curriculum which helps us enhance our knowledge apart from just a degree Certificate. They have best placement team who all are working so hard for students. If you want other than RIIM them PIBM, Pirangut, Symbiosis, Indira college are other good management colleges in Pune.     PIBM Pune is a better B-Schools in India. PIBM ranks 32nd in the Top 100 B-Schools in India. PGDM and MBA both courses in PIBM are equally wonderful and also placements for both the courses are equivalent. PGDM is the flagship programme of the college and the course is designed as per corporate demand.     RIIM-Pune is one of the top B-Schools in India. RIIM gives you a perfect opportunity to learn business ethics from the experienced faculty members and corporate heads. The minimum package is 5 LPA and the Maximum is 14 LPA. According to me, you will have a 100% return on investment as compared to any other B-School in India.
